Our boot camp classes are different in that they are martial arts based. They are a 6 week program 3 times a week- with early morning starts. Each participant is fully interviewed and an assessment of goals is set at the start. The recruit is to sign a commitment to achieving these goals – no excuses. The training is circuit and martial arts based with work outs both indoor and outdoor. Boot camp is only for the seriously committed person. All levels of fitness are accepted.
