T SHIRTS
We have t shirts, made from 100% cotton, featuring the IGK fist and wreath logo on the front and International Goju Karate in Japanese writing and the red Japanese sun on the back. They look fantastic!  They are available in sizes XS thru to XL and cost only $35! 

DVD's
Also available are our new range of karate training DVD's.  They are a great way to improve your karate at home.  Shihan Paul Ceberano has created and produced the first in a series of DVD's covering the beginner levels of International Goju Karate.  This Basic Series covers:

     1: Basics       
     2: Basic Movements
     3: 4-Way Pattern
     4: Pre-Arranged Sparring part 1
     5: Basic Kata

These are available as a set of 5 or individually.
